Kindly note the following for Yoga & Zumba sessions:
• Please wear comfortable and respectful clothing/ appropriate sports outfit.
• Safe distancing guidelines are to be adhered to.
• Nshama Management will reserve the right to assign/ change the spot of the participants before or during the group sessions.
• Participants will need to bring personal mats, towels, water and equipment if required.
• Please arrive 15 minutes ahead for check-in.
