4:15 PM – Kids to line up and join the Parade
5:15 PM – 6:00 PM – Halloween Parade starts with Kids
5:155 PM – 6:00 PM – Distribution of prizes for Parade
6:00 PM – 7:30 PM – Stage Performance
7:00 PM – Halloween Parade
