| 5:00pm – Even to Officially Start. Festive music to play throughout the event (except the prayer breaks) All Activities / Craft Station / Game Stalls / Snow Park will be open for the guests. |
| 5:05pm – 5:25pm – Roaming Parade x 1 Set (15-20 Minutes) |
| 5:25pm – 5:40pm – Maghrib Prayer Break / Music to be closed. All Activities to continue |
| Santa and Elves meet and greet + choir 5:40 – 6:10 pm |
| 5:45pm – 5:55pm – Santa’s to enter the venue with the parade |
| 6:00pm – 6:10pm – Tree Lighting Ceremony |
| 6:10pm – 6:15pm – Santa to proceed to the Santa’s Grotto for meet and greet + photo opportunities |
